I came here on a business trip. It was extremely nice of them to open up at night just for us. Everyone was very friendly and the food was okay. I ordered an omelette which was good. However, I couldn't get past the smell when you walked in the door... the smell of old cigarette smoke. It reminded me of an old VFW hall or moose lodge in my hometown (maybe it is one). Not something that smells clean or makes you hungry. The food was okay but not the greatest, maybe I just didn't know what to order.
LARGE drinks, big portions, decent prices. The epitome of a "comfort food breakfast". I would recommend it to anyone passing through Winfield in the morning.
Home cooking. I like the hobo at lunch.
The foods bad. Frozen, pre made junk. The service is worse. You won't get refills or checked on. I found a hair in my food and had it taken away and didn't get offered something else in its place just a remake (when this happens I don't want the same food, something different). I don't get the hype? Extra large portions? I'd rather get smaller size and better service and quality food.
