AVOID. Called at 8:30am to find out if the had parts for my truck. They were going to check and call right back. I called several times more, and at 4:00pm they got mad and said they did not have them even though they had not checked. I will not ever check on parts with them again. Gave them 1 star because that was the lowest possible.
I got the parts I need but the wait was long especially after calling ahead.
Great folks, very helpful, and they have the largest Toyota selection around. Everything I needed for my 4runner.
Was told they would be here to pick up a car after lunch, called them at 2:30 was told it would be after 5:30, never showed up. Tried to call at 7 no answer. Spent the day waiting and cancelled plans for a no show. Max was who I talked to or should I say yell to because he couldn't hear a damn thing. Would give negative stars if I could!!
