Really awful racist who does shoddy work. DO NOT HIRE!
Waiting a long time for a part to come in so I could have heat in my home. Not is fault that it took a while for the part to come in. Called him on Friday and checked to see if the part was it and he said he would be over to install it that day so I would have heat over the weekend since I hadn't for the whole week already. Never got a phone call from him saying he couldn't make it or anything. Got home from work and found that it was not done and still don't have heat all weekend.
I had an emergency plumbing issue at my house with my whole line backed up and water dripping in my basement. He arrived at my house within 40 minutes of me calling him. No other company would come out that day. He fixed the issue in a very timely manner as well while being very courteous.
Did a great job of keeping me up to speed on the project, and not doing more than I what I asked for. Was kind, courteous and prompt.
